Privacy Policy

01What we collect

Only what you type into our forms and ad lead forms, plus a small amount of technical data.

• Booking questionnaire: your name, email, phone, preferred city and court, the service you want, and optionally who referred you.
• Your game: skill level, experience, what you want to work on, how you learn, how often you want to train, your goals, and any notes.
• Injuries or physical limitations, if you choose to tell us. This field is optional, and we use it only to plan safe sessions.
• A link to match video, if you share one for review.
• Program enquiries and Daily Academy reservations: your name, email, phone, venue, package, and the sessions you pick.
• Facebook and Instagram lead forms: if you answer one of our ads, Meta passes us the name, email, phone, and answers you enter on its form, including whether you agreed to receive texts.

If you name someone who referred you, we store that name only so Jonah can thank them.

02Technical data and cookies

• When you send a form, our server records your IP address to stop spam and repeated abuse. Those records are deleted automatically after one day.
• We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits and a few anonymous events, such as which schedule package was picked. It does not use cookies.
• We also use Google Tag Manager, which loads Google tools such as Google Analytics to measure how people find and use the site. These tools can set cookies and collect details like your device, browser, approximate location, and the pages you view. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Visitors have no accounts. Apart from the Google cookies above, the only cookie is a login cookie for Jonah’s own admin dashboard.

03How we use it

• To reply to your request, confirm times, and schedule sessions.
• To plan coaching that fits your level, goals, and any physical limits.
• To keep track of packages, credits, and payments.
• To keep the site working and protect it from spam.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

04Who we share it with

We share it only with the services that run this site and Jonah’s business, and only so they can do that job:

• Vercel, which hosts this website and provides its privacy-friendly visit analytics.
• Neon, which hosts the database where booking requests and reservations are stored.
• Formspree, which forwards each new request to Jonah’s email inbox.
• HighLevel (GoHighLevel), the customer management tool where Jonah manages leads, and which sends texts to people who opt in.
• Google, through Google Tag Manager and the analytics tools it loads, which measure how visitors use the site.
• Google, through Jonah’s own Gmail inbox and calendar, where he reads requests and schedules sessions.

When you pay by Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal, that payment happens in their app and their privacy policy applies. We never see or store your card or bank details.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

05Text messages

If you tick the box to receive texts, we use your number to text you about your booking, sessions, and scheduling. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Ticking the box is never required to book.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The providers listed above that send and store messages for us are excluded from this, since they act only on our behalf.

06How long we keep it

We keep booking requests and reservations while you are training with Jonah, and afterwards for as long as they are useful for coaching or bookkeeping. You can ask us to delete yours at any time, and we will, unless we need to keep a payment record.

07Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email jdmatos21@gmail.com or text (727) 815-2556. We will respond within 30 days.

08Children

This site is meant for adults and for parents booking for their kids. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child under 13 has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

09Security

Information is sent over an encrypted connection and stored with providers that protect it. Only Jonah can see it, behind a password. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send more health detail than a coach needs to know.

10Links to other sites

This site links to others, including payment apps, DUPR, Instagram, TeamReach, and Google Maps. What those sites collect is covered by their own privacy policies.

11Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
