- Capped at 8 players
- 1 coach per 4–8 players
- High-intensity reps. Volume at game speed, alongside pro-level guest coaches who rotate through the sessions.
- Advanced strategy and positioning. Point construction, stacking, and where to stand when the plan has already gone wrong.
- Mechanics under pressure. The adjustment that survives a 9-9 point, not the one that only works when you are fresh.
